Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl make a slurry of   4 Tablespoons cornstarch  3/4 Cup pure maple syrup 3 Cups rhubarb-chopped 2 Cups apples, strawberries, or other fruit of your choice-chopped Coat the fruit with the slurry

Pour the prepared fruits into a greased 8 inch square baking dish or pie plate In a separate bowl mix together 1 Cup oats 1/2 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 Cup coconut oil, melted 1/3 Cup flour 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix it well until It's crumbly Sprinkle over the fruit in baking dish Bake 45 minutes until fruit in bubbly in the center and edges are browned
